About Me

DSC09782.jpg

For 20+ years, my life was a series of non-stop demands, rigid schedules, exhausted kids, an exhausted single mom, with fleeting moments of fun and great memories amid non-stop chaos (sound familiar?). As I got older and my kids grew up, recently becoming an empty nester, I realized I still had a lot to accomplish.

In the whirlwind of the previous years, I had set aside dreams to start a business, travel more, and follow my heart. When a buyout opportunity presented itself, I jumped at the chance. It wasn't necessarily the most practical decision, but sometimes you have to take chances in life and recognize that when your heart and mind align, you have to trust your gut and go for it.

In my first year and a half of my new-found freedom, including an amazing trip to Ireland, I published The Soul-Seeking Traveler's Guide to Ireland and got certified as a meditation teacher. With a zest for healthy living and a healthy perspective that you’re never too old, the Soul-Seeking Traveler was born. Why?

Not only has travel offered me great opportunities to step away, have fun, and explore amazing places, but it has also given me the time and space to connect more deeply within and listen to my inner voice and inner calling. This isn’t about fancy spas and exclusive resorts (not that there's anything wrong with those), it’s about something much more holistic and meaningful. It’s about the quality of your life, your health and vitality, and your one and only chance to make the most of your time here on earth.

Join me and let your soul-seeking travel journeys begin. You don’t have to walk away from your job and responsibilities but step away periodically. I’ll share amazing places, ideas, and experiences with you to inspire you on your journey. Your job is to give yourself the time and space to slow down, explore, focus on your health and vitality, and tune into your powerful inner voice so you can see what unfolds for you. Cheers to good health and new adventures!

About Me

After 25 years in Corporate America, I was ready to take a leap of faith and follow my passions for travel and wellness. I appreciate travel not only for the opportunity to visit amazing places, eat healthily, and be active, but it was always in those moments of incredible beauty that most stirred up my passion to live fully and pursue the things I was meant to do.
